Magical Warlock Girl.
Hi I’m Dravvie!
…But most people on the internet know me as the “Running of the Gnomes” girl. Even the “Running of the Trolls” Girl. I can’t fault them for it, they’d be very right. My friends and I have raised thousands of dollars for charities like the Touhy Vaccine and The Trevor Foundation with our antics of gathering up the community.
In game, you might know me as Dravinna or one of my many alts, especially on Wyrmrest Accord and Scarlet Crusade. While my first character was a Priest, after seeing the first two expansion opening cinematics…I re-rolled and I’ve been a warlock since the launch of Burning Crusade. Currently, I raid heroically with the Bastion on Scarlet Crusade. They were formerly known as the Bastion of Sanity, who were the first “Big” guild for my Warlock, and the big jumping off point for role play.
IRL, I’m Ashleigh. Proud West Coaster, somehow on the East Coast. I live with my cat (who was also very happy on the West Coast and was subjected to 3,000 miles of flight to get here) and my fiance.
I’m easily remembered for my galaxy hair, from pinks, to blues, to purples and even peach! I’m a walking unicorn, but why not have fun in your life?
IRL I am lifetime X-men fan, I will talk endlessly about mecha animes and Sailor Moon. Gaming wise, currently I’m playing a lot of Nintendo games, a variety of other Blizzard games, MMOs, and fighting games. I love to fangirl over lots of things I enjoy!
I spend my not online time devouring books, baking learning to enjoy the spectator side of the marching arts, and various forms of photography (with an eye towards newborn photography).
I also keep a Hobonichi (ほぼ日 meaning almost every day in Japanese) journal, and love hearing about the different and artistic ways others use theirs. Some of my quiet time is spent pitching back and forth writing ideas with a partner for a yet to be released, if ever, book idea. (Stay tuned for almost never!)
In the Warcraft universe I’m known for a few other things: Co-Editor to Game On’s World of Warcraft Community Magazine, Co-Hot of the LFRP Podcast, as well as a very lazy Warlock blogger and screenshot lover under the name of Dravvie.
Magical Warlock Girl is meant to follow up on the lore we at the LFRP podcast may talk about week to week, as well as a place to talk about warlocks in raiding, share my articles from the WoW Community magazine in another format, talk about aspects of RP, and other internet and real life adventures that wouldn’t fit onto my Twitter or Tumblr platforms.
